Automated daily workflow

For production, the browser sends one secure request to an n8n webhook. n8n generates the final PDF, uploads it with Nextcloud WebDAV, creates an OCS public share, then emails the client. App passwords and API secrets should stay on the server, not inside this HTML file.

  • PostgreSQL or TimescaleDB stores high-frequency historical readings.
  • n8n handles alerts, schedules, report generation and external messaging.

  • Role-based access separates top management, HSE, supervisors and medical personnel.
  • Privacy, consent, retention and local employment-law requirements must be configured before production use.
